This photograph is in the public domain in Iceland, because a period of 50 years has elapsed from the year of creation. Article 49 of the Icelandic Copyright Act (73/1972-2019) specifies that photographs not considered to be "works of art" become public domain 50 years after the end of the year in which it was taken. The copyright in a photograph that is not an artistic work expires 50 years after the end of the year in which it was taken. See Commons:Copyright rules by territory/Iceland for details. If you think this picture should be considered a work of art, nominate it for deletion. The material with this copyright tag should not be used on the German-language Wikipedia.
